The role of the renovator:

• We will discuss and agree with you upon the scope of work before a contract is issued.

• We will honor the contract. If changes are desired on behalf of the homeowner, we will work with you to accommodate your desired vision while adhering to best practices, standards, and building code.

• There will be transparent and timely communication regarding how the project is progressing.

• We will be available to answer questions at any time during the project, and within two business days outside of the project’s timeframe.

• Warranty will be dependent on manufacturer warranty for the specific product.

The role of the homeowner:

• Keep the area clear of furniture and personal items so there is room to work.

• Select materials on time so there is no delay in completing the project.

• Minimize changes once work is underway, but if needed, be sure to communicate any desire to change quickly so we can understand if there are any adjustments required to the schedule or budget.

We aim to provide superior customer service; so please be prepared to discuss the project with us if we reach out while on the job. For example, a weather report calling for rain may require us to reschedule. Or if our work is reliant on other permits or contractors and there is a delay on their end it will impact our ability to meet your timeline. We proactively share explanations of what we are doing as we progress in our work. Please do not hesitate questions as they arise.
